You will find yourself browsing through interactive images, GIFs, videos, quizzes and Augmented Reality 3D models. ![]() Once there, you can open the related content we have prepared for you by simply framing the suggested element with the camera on your device. The selected points of interest are displayed on the map and by clicking on each of them you can get directions to reach them easily. You can customize your visit by selecting the points of interest in the way you prefer among those proposed in the menu. Using the app you can visit about 25 points of scientific and naturalistic interest spread over two districts of the historic center of Perugia: the Porta San Pietro Quarter and the Porta Sant’Angelo Quarter. ![]() This is the hope enclosed in HUSH: being able to look at our cities from a new point of view and, if possible, to love them a little more. Getting to know these aspects means learning to appreciate and respect them. There are countless naturalistic treasures housed in city parks and vegetable gardens, hidden in ancient buildings, preserved in the streets of the historic downtown and imprinted in the shapes of the relief on which the city sits, and many of them have great scientific value.Ī city is not only forged by its history but also by its territory, its uniqueness arises from its cultural components but also from the fauna and flora that live in it. Using the HUSH app we discover that this is not the case. In fact, we tend to think that in order to surround ourselves with plants and animals, that in order to find ourselves in landscapes carved into the rocks and crossed by water, it is necessary to venture to natural areas far from the cities. Italian cities are extremely rich in history, art and culture but they also preserve a type of wealth that is less known and yet equally fascinating, that related to their natural beauty. ![]() HUSH (Hiking in Urban Scientific Heritage) is the result of a project, the realization of an idea and the manifestation of a hope. ![]()
